Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. 3+ yrs of experience and computer skills required.

Help drive new business via sales, marketing, identifying the right opportunities and building long-term relations with the right prospects. 

Assist pre-construction/construction staff with all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-off, pricing and bidding of construction projects. Further duties include the preparation of bid documents and the development of clear written proposals and correspondence.

Responsible for ensuring the timely and costly completion of construction projects by overseeing all phases of the project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.

Supervise the work of concrete crews responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete.
